Return Process

  Securely place your jewelry or watch in its original packaging, including all certificates, warranty cards, and any promotional materials that were included.

  Ship With Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be insured for their full value.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
